Gymnastics Program
 

Our recreational gymnastics program follows the levels of the USA Gymnastics program.  Levels 1 &  2 prepare a student with basic skills to either go onto our competitive program or use the strength and body awareness that gymnastics gives students in other sports.  There is no other sport that challenges the mind and body like gymnastics does.  Every child will move at a different pace and should look at their achievements as an individual competing against themselves.

 Preschool Gymnastics

What we strive to achieve in the preschool program is for the children to understand how to sequence and develop an interest for the sport.  Class length is: 40 minutes for 2 year-olds (parent/child) and 3 year-olds; 50 minutes for age 4–Kindergarten.

 School Age Girls Gymnastics

Student to teacher ratio is 8:1.  Classes are 60 minutes long, taking place once a week.  Most of our classes are multi level, where the girls are assigned to an appropriate group on the first day of class.  Once a student begins to perform Level 3 skills they may explore with us the possibility of joining our training team program.

 Fitness Classes - Boys & Girls  6-14 yrs     

This co-ed class is designed for girls and boys and will enhance their experience in all sports.  Strength, flexibility, cardio and nutrition are covered.  USA Gymnastics implemented this program with sponsorship by Tyson Foods.

Our tumbling classes primarily revolve around the requirements needed for cheerleading.  

We recommend that if your daughter is younger than age 10 that you enroll in a gymnastics class so they can gain the necessary strength to be able to do a Back Handspring (flip flop).

Students entering the tumbling program should be able to do a handstand, 5 pushups, 5 crunches, and be able to do a cartwheel.
 

We coach Levels 3-10 in the USA Gymnastics program.  The teams are on an invitation basis only. The girls compete here in Indiana as well as across the country.

We have to date coached 14 girls who have gone on to college with a scholarship in gymnastics.  We have also coached more than 30 girls through their senior year of high school.  We have found the discipline and challenge that gymnastics offers has helped the girls with other areas of their life.  Most of the girls - even with a full practice schedule - excel academically.

We again have a cheer team.  The girls right now are a Junior squad with all girls being under the age of 15.  We plan in the future to start a youth squad and a senior squad.  Please give us a call for more information.
 

School Age open gym sessions this year are from 7:45-8:45 on Friday evenings and 1:00-2:00 on Sunday afternoon.  This time is supervised, but is not a structured class.  Coaching staff will be available to help kids with their skills. 

Open gym for high school gymnasts, cheerleaders and team members from 9:00-10:00 pm on Monday & Wednesday and 1:00-2:00 on Sunday afternoon.

Open Gym cost per session is $5.00. 

Pre-school open gym will be on Friday from 12:30-1:20 pm.  The cost is $5.00 per child.  An adult must accompany all children.
