Team monthly tuition rates effective 6/1/10: Team fees are budgeted on a yearly basis and broken into 12 equal payments. If vacation time is taken there will be no prorating of fees. You may also pay with a Visa/MasterCard either monthly or keep the # on file at the gym. All monthly team fee checks are to be separate from other payments. Level PO-8 Team Fee $185.00/mo.- ACH on 1st $195.00 all other payment forms Level 5/6 Team Fee: $160.00/mo.- ACH on 1st $170.00 all other payment forms Level 4 Team Fee: $120.00/mo.- ACH on 1st $130.00 all other payment forms Level 3 Team Fee: $100.00/mo.- ACH on 1st $110.00 all other paymentforms Yearly Registration Fee: $25.00/yr. to be paid with Sept’s fee.

| Booster Club Board |

The Booster Club Board is comprised of parent volunteers. The Board meets approximately every other month and makes decisions on behalf of all Booster Club members. Parents of team members are highly encouraged to get involved and volunteer to serve on the Booster Club Board or a Booster Club Committee. To be considered for the Booster Club Chair or Vice Chair positions, nominees must have previously served as a Committee Chair or have Co-President permission. |
